      The friendships you develop are amazing, the enablement team is great… that’s about it

      Cons

      The turnover in this role is mind blowing. The sales leadership is either amazing or absolutely terrible. Unless you’re a top producer here, you’re just a number.

      Pros

      Great work environment, the people at podium are really nice and easy to get along with. Good perks/benefits, and good pay. There are a ton of opportunities to move to a higher level at a very fast pace.

      Cons

      High expectations, stress levels are a roller coaster. ( Just for me personally) It's more than possible to meet those expectations.
