Pros

Office is a nice place, there are some chill people that work at Podium. The product market fit is fantastic.

Cons

Podium isn’t a sales job it’s a call center. AE’s should focus on closing deals not making 40-50 calls daily. They promise that there are inbound leads and an SDR org but they are underperforming. My skill set is selling not making phone calls to 40 customers in Salesforce that probably won’t answer because Podium just buys lists of contacts.

Pros

Podium has a great product that actually works. I have recommended Podium to multiple friends and family members and trust they will see results. Because of that, it is an easy sell IMO.

Cons

There have been so many shake-ups of Podium in the last year. They are constantly readjusting quotas, territories, what you are selling, etc. This is very frustrating because you have little control over territory, product, etc.
