Pros
None. This company is a sinking ship. Supposedly this latest layoff will means that Podium is bringing back the 401k. Can you imagine laying off people and then bringing back the 401k to appease those that survived? The irony.
Cons
Where do I start? Senior leadership takes no accountability for this dying company. 2 layoffs in less then a year with no impact to the executive team. CEO stood up in front of the company at one point and said "I don't care what you think about our executive team, I think they're great." Well, I guess you all can go down with the ship since you're the problem.
