Pros
This company offers a lot of safe and inclusive spaces. The executive leadership is very transparent, even in times things are going poorly. At Podium we run fast and time goes by quickly, but we have fun. Untracked PTO offers some flexibility to balance the quick pace, rest & recharge. There is always work to be done and value to add. Podium is an exciting place to be. The People Ops team in particular is inclusive, in sync, and a fantastic team to work with.
Cons
Podium is still a newer company and as such there a lot of changes and growing pains. Communication across departments is not as efficient as it could be. The quick and demanding pace can make you feel worn out quicker than you realize if you don’t take time to pace and recover.
