      Pros

      Podium is one of the best places I've ever worked! Every single person I've ever worked with is super impressive and you truly can grow so much in your career. I've been here a long time and I've witnessed first hand that Podium gives back ten fold whatever you put into it. They're so transparent and they mean what they say! I've loved my time here and despite the recent challenges we've faced, I still believe Podium is the best place to work!

      Cons

      Podium's very fast moving and fast paced. If that's not your style, it may not be the place for you.

      Pros

      I genuinely believe the product helps companies and have seen it's success. The company is great. The culture is great.

      Cons

      Exec over the BD dept had no idea what he was doing. Every week was a different idea / motion and we could never get any consistency.

      Pros

      - pto and benefits are decent - peers are great and there's some really great talent - product has great potential

      Cons

      - management does trial and error rather than listening to employees - job scope has expanded but pay hasn't matched that or inflation - just conducted sudden layoffs - they took away 401k matching while sending mini fridges to all their employees after saying they are looking to 'cut costs'
