Pros

The product isn't too bad.

Cons

Terrible terrible company. They are money hungry and do not care who they have to step over or use, to get to their objective. They want to say that they have this "laid back, amazing company culture" and that couldn't be farther from the truth. They've had two layoffs in less than a year and a third layoff is being talked about. There is absolutely no diversity here, they're fully aware of that and do not care to make any changes. The previous female leaders they've had, they have blamed them for what other male leaders caused and then they let the females go. If you are a person of color, you better be white-washed and be a robot to just follow their orders. If not, you will be considered as "whiney" or "aggressive" because you have an opinion. The VP in Support will steal your ideas and make them come across as hers. CEO's loooooove their behinds being kissed and if you don't, then you will also be labeled as "rude". We all saw a second round of layoffs coming and they completely denied and said the company was doing well , when in reality it was and is doing terrible. Sales will say anything and everything to get a sale and once their facade fades, the support team is the one who is left to deal with the angry Customers. The Support team is taken advantage of and the other departments are constantly talking down on that department because of how terrible management handles situations. You will be SEVERELY underpaid if you work here. Look at the Market pay of their positions and they are well underpaid by $20k-$40k. I started working there as a 100% remote employee and then they turned around and made everyone go into the office 3 days a week. Instead of restructuring their organization and moving people into different positions, they will lay you off and turn around and hire new people for the same exact role. If you want to be kept, you better kiss upper managements behinds because if they don't like you, they will lay you off. It doesn't matter how much work or time you've given them, they could care less. They laid off a girl who was on her maternity leave, they've laid off people who were in the process of Short/Long term disability for health issues. And to top it off, the severance they provide you with is ridiculous, when compared to other companies.

Pros

They have good health benefits. Most of the people are nice.

Cons

Persistently unstable leadership resulting in layoffs and high employee turnover. Dominant culture of favoritism leading to loss of skilled individuals and fostering an oppressive work environment. Lack of diversity and inclusion, with minority groups underrepresented, particularly in upper management. Reduction in essential employee benefits, creating dissatisfaction and demotivation among the workforce. Absence of transparency, particularly in promotion decisions, resulting in a culture where personal affiliations are valued over qualifications and merit.

Pros

Neat product…but even then it’s not very unique at this point.

Cons

Cut throat. Remote workers are completely forgotten. Soulless management. They’ve sucked the fun right out of sales with their micromanaging. Underpaid. Overworked. “Unlimited PTO” is a farce. Recruiters are dishonest and misleading. Initial training and onboarding is laughable. It’s a toxic culture. Very few hit quota regularly. Territories are over saturated by similar products and over worked by previous reps. Turnover is crazy at this place.
