      Great physical workspace, inclusive environment, overall great company vision

      Cons

      Had great company culture until there was a push to take the company public and leadership started micro-managing the sales org. This impacted morale and took away the autonomy in doing what needed to be done to hit your own goals. The compensation structure was constantly changing and the role didn't feel stable.
