      Extremely High turn over

      Pros

      You get to work with a lot of talented great individuals. Tons of benefits including food, gym, and other perks ( however these have recently decreased a lot) If you work your tail off and meet all the high expectations you have a great opportunity to make a decent amount of money

      Cons

      The turnover rate for newly hired SDR’s and AE’s is unheard of crazy. Ramping quota period is only 2 months. After that if you don’t meet the high expectations for 2 months with little training, regardless of underlining circumstances you are put on a performance improvement plan and fired if things don’t improve within the first week. They don’t mess around. I witness many of my team members get fired or burn out before I decided to quit myself.

      Pros

      Great career development if you're outside of sales. Good introduction to the saas world. Perks are okay.

      Cons

      Management change their mind every 6 months on the directions and goals of the company with very little notice. No transparency in to how the business itself is performing. You're expected to work long hours outside of your contracted hours. Customer support is shown little to no love by the business despite their focus on being "customer centric". Sales is an absolute dog fight and based off favoritism of the managers and even then one bad month after consecutive months of great performance will see you being punished despite out of this world quotas to try and hit. Pay is well under the industry standard.
