Pros

Exciting tech stack Great people Flexible schedule Remote first culture

Cons

Still a growing company so things change often and some of the processes aren't super mature yet.

Pros

Podium really cares about its employees and their experience. They value people being their authentic selves and really strive to promote diversity and inclusivity. Management and the higher-ups (including CEO and cofounder) are extremely approachable and are investing in your success. They have amazing benefits, you can work from home (most positions) and it really feels like Podium is invested in you.

Cons

The company is growing fast, and there are some growing pains that are pretty apparent when you start working. Some of the processes are flawed, but they are always working towards making things better, and they are extremely receptive to feedback and even welcome it. Also, the starting wages are lower than other companies, but they make up for it in benefits and culture.
