      -job can seem repetitive at times -lots of meetings sometimes takes too much time from making calls

      Fast Paced, So Much Fun

      Pros

      - Fast paced - Writing lots of code truly working end to end almost every day - Great team environment and great mentors to help me get up to speed fast - Podium is a product that is very easy to believe in and support ethically which is surprisingly hard to find in the world of tech

      Cons

      - Because of the pace some of the onboarding patterns are dated and although this is an ever shifting part of engineering I felt it took me too long to get all of my equipment setup and running properly before I could start deving.
