      If you live far away you are required to go in a lot of the time. That was the only con I saw. Not really a con though

      Pros

      Sounds so cliché, but we seriously have the best people at podium. Great leadership, company lunch every week, company swag, etc. Lots of working together across several teams to reach goals. Company as a whole is so great about pivoting and adapting as we are growing so rapidly!

      Cons

      I wish I started sooner! Other than that, things change often and quickly..that's mostly a pro but I can see how it could be overwhelming to some! Unlimited PTO. Maybe an unpopular opinion, but it's way easier to ask for time off if you have a set number of days that are yours to take off. The "take as much time off as you'd like as long as your work is done" thing isn't ideal when it's impossible for work to ever really be "done"..also kind of makes it hard to ask off for time.
