Pros
Leaderships is incredible and listen, have good direction Product makes sense and seems like it's headed also in a good direction Everyone is driven and motivated, willing to help each other Everyone is a team player Energy is good, makes me feel good when I go into work Good pay, good benefits
Cons
Growing pains, things seem chaotic sometimes Other teams can be demanding when you don't have enough resourcing I'm sure it's hard to move across other teams, but it sounds like most of leadership is very open to helping you get to where you want
