      Great atmosphere poor tools to get the job done.

      Pros

      Very good atmosphere and culture. Good people First week of July off Great incentives Great benefits and base pay.

      Cons

      Poor record keeping Salesforce is a mess No leads/prospecting list Poor customer service leads to churn Chargebacks on commissions Customers cancel due to poor customer service. Presented as a 1 to 1 SDR/AE system. That is not the case. Poor training on systems Too many different software systems to learn. Lack of managerial guidance and help Too many business verticals with no real focus on any one industry’s specific needs or operations. Lack of over all structural procedures to create a pathway to success.

      -Fun, exciting and transformational product to sell. -Great leadership -State of the art HQ -Solid benefits -The company is growing fast and headed for a very successful exit.

      Cons

      -Like any 'start-up' or growing company, there is a lot of change. -There has been more turnover on the sales side as of late.

      Pros

      Podium has helped me grow my career and accelerate the path that I want to be on. I have been given many opportunities to prove myself and be promoted into roles that have helped me have more of a voice and influence.

      Cons

      As we have grown, we have gotten more siloed which makes sense just for scalability purposes but sometimes I miss the accessibility before.
