      Pros

      I've worked in the Utah tech community for the past several years. Podium is by far my best experience yet. You have incredible growth, humble dreamers as leaders, and the most positive environment I've worked in. Surprisingly, there is almost no drama. Everyone leaves their egos at home and just work hard for the good of the company. Growth potential is amazing. The sky is the limit as long as you create what you want to see. C-level management is kind, approachable, and do what they can to make themselves accessible. It's incredible and motivating to work under people who actually care about their employees. The cherry on top is the benefits. Awesome health benefits, awesome work-life balance perks, and CrossFit every day.

      Cons

      It's fast paced and not for everyone. However, it is set up to help those willing to work to thrive.

      Fun Work Environment, Nice Benefits, Poor Food Selection For Dietary Needs

      Pros

      Upbeat Environment, Teams have a lot of autonomy, Nice PTO plan. Tech stack/product is exciting and new age.

      Cons

      Very lacking in food choices for Vegetarian/Vegan needs. Open Office plan feels very tight - not enough space between rows. Really low referral incentive. Only one coffee machine in entire building, and sometimes it is closed off due to meetings.

      Pros

      You are working at one of the fastest-growing private companies in the world. The employees are generally great people who are qualified and helpful. The product we offer is changing business operations and customer experience. And working here will give you a sense of purpose as you contribute to the greater vision. With additional products, we are seeing the company morph into a multi-product platform to support 'customer interaction' as a whole.

      Cons

      With being one of the fastest-growing companies, you will see the company stretch itself in many areas. While we are building more pillars (systems) to make such growth sustainable and scalable, not everything is there for you to be served. One must have a go-getter attitude and willingness to work with less-than-complete resources. Also with the volume of employees, you will not know everyone within your department. The fast growth is awesome, but it's not a small start-up and this work environment is not for everyone.
