      Great people and culture, but wont last forever

      Pros

      Hands down they hire the best people. The sales team is incredible, the product team from start to finish is impeccable, and I could go on and on regarding each department. They really have some top talent.

      Cons

      Bro culture to the max. And this stems from the top. If someone doesn’t fit this “bro” mold, they will find a reason to let them go. It’s a chaotic and fast environment and if you can’t keep you’ll be kicked to the curb. They hire great people, but eventually everyone will burn out if they are constantly expected to do 110% or else lose their job.

      Pros

      Extremely transparent, you always know where you stand. The product and product roadmap provide energy and excitement throughout the whole company.

      Cons

      Communication and organization can be less than effective on a team by team level, but that is expected in such a fast-growing company.
