      Pros

      Great work culture. I've never been pressured to work late, though the work is engaging enough that sometimes I do on accident. Almost everyone has a family at home so they get it. We're always pushing the boundaries on the technology we use; sometimes we've gone a little too bleeding edge but then we backed off a bit. I also just want to point out that there's definitely someone "sockpuppeting" these reviews... If you look close you can tell

      They didn't really engineer the freeway or roads to the freeway to handle half this many people working here. But that's not really Podium's fault.

      Pros

      Amazing people and amazing culture! They really believe the greatest asset to their company are the people that work there. They are growing fast, it was super cool to be a part of. The executives are passionate about what they do.

      Cons

      I didn't feel like the opportunity for growth was there for me specifically, but it was still a hard decision for me to leave because my team was so awesome.

      Pros

      Free smoothies? "unlimited time off"? Free lunch on wednesday? All the usual wannabe silicon valley perks that companies are trying to employ to attract talent.

      Cons

      Working longer hours than expected Compensation is on the low end Stress is hard enough to perform, then compounded by pessimistic leaders. Parking. Traffic congestion. Open office. So loud, makes it easy to get distracted. Work here if you don't mind your wife and kids hating you because you're never home. Diversity.
