      Pros

      Podium once was a place with fantastic flexibility and work life balance. I felt that our CEO and E-Team truly cared about our lives outside of work. Those things made for a great culture overall!

      Cons

      Return to office plans are now mandated. Employees within 50 miles of HQ are forced to come in 3 days a week, minimum. This decision was made in a dictatorship move without consulting any data. Do not apply for a job here unless you want to be forced to come in and sit on zoom meetings all day.

      • Dysfunctional and toxic work culture. • Company violated several aspects of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) without concern for consequences. • Upper management was unresponsive to concerns, dismissive of employees, and unwilling to address the issues. • High turnover rate, which indicates widespread dissatisfaction among employees.
