      Pros

      Few and far between. A good culture is not solely made of free drinks, snacks, lunches and games-but I digress, those are the pros. Pay was good albeit crazy as they pay multiple people on every sales transaction.

      Cons

      The idea of everyone “Be(ing) a Founder” is ludicrous. It fosters self-entitlement by entry level 20-somethings and a real lack of strategic direction within the organization. Customer service is non-existent internally and externally. Lots of yes people and no strategic direction provided; this starts at the top and filters down.

      Not many, but benefits are one

      Where do I begin…you will be overworked and underpaid. Also, please don’t get home started on the lack of diversity here (and they do nothing to make this better). My best advice is to avoid this company at all costs.
