Pretty much a call center. As an AE, we shouldn't be worried this much about making so many calls a day just to keep our job. They make it pretty clear that if we don't hit 40 dials a day we should not be here. SDR support is trash. 1 SDR set within the last 3-4 weeks and it was a no show. Unless you want to spend all your time calling territories that have been worked by a ton of other reps, this is not the place to work. They prioritize reps that are in office and have favorites that are in office. Working remote sucks here.
