      1. A lot of great people 2. Growth opportunities 3. Growing business 4. Company equity 5. Perks (Food, daycare, extracurricular events/opportunities, etc.)

      1. Everything revolves around sales to an unhealthy point 2. Burn and churn environment 3. Frenetic atmosphere 4. Disorganized, cross-department communication and strategy is wanting 5. Lack of inspired leadership.

      Town hall videos and celebrity cameos are cool

      Cons

      Unbelievably toxic, starting with CEO and executive team. Blame, no trust, micromanagement, no consistent direction. Any positive part of the culture is dying.

      Fast pace, good product, benefits are ok, location is great, remote work more of an option

      Cons

      Executive team and CEO are so arrogant and congratulate themselves in the open. They pay zero attention to the well-being of their people, but celebrate the wins from what has become 24/7 effort as if they have done something amazing themselves. New priorities every week. More stress than anything else at this company now.
