      Great job if you're a woman with kids or looking for a second/third/fourth remote job. 2 hours of a work a week Management doesn't care what you do Some people are nice, the suckers the stayed

      Cons

      Revolving door of upper leaders They lose hundreds of millions of dollars a year, they have no money for anything No promotions, dead end jobs, 3% raise only Incompetent management that been there way too long or degreeless 70% women

      This is a merger company (Tufts Health Plan and Harvard Pilgrim Health Plan). Legacy organizations have been both a great place to work at, prior to merger.

      Cons

      New culture, Different from both legacy organization. A lot of toxic culture across the organization due to constant restructure and leadership politics.

      decent benefits; smart coworkers, stability

      Cons

      Opps for advancement and salary increases very "inside circle" based. Culture of favoring friends over merit. Distrustful and uncertain environment. A little too corporate (not in a good way). Stated company values don't align with actual culture.
