Pros

100% remote Some managers are great

Cons

People of all ages work here, but the pay is only good for a teenager still living with their parents Some managers are not so great The communication is absolutely horrible. When there's a big change in the company, such as a merger between Integra and Point32Health, we are not made aware of it, and were blindsided when members were calling in wondering why their DME suppliers were suddenly out of network. And then we look like morons. And that's just one example. Whenever there's a change or some update, I'm sure they'll go over it in the Town Hall meetings, but as we are member services, we aren't privy to any new information, which is unfortunate because the members call us looking for guidance. We are literally the first line of defense for members calling in and the last ones to know about anything. The managers are ALWAYS in meetings. If we need help when we're on a call, sometimes we have to wait several minutes if not longer to get a response because they're all in meetings, but then they harp on us to lower our call times and post call times. All it's doing is effecting the member experience and hurting our numbers

Pros

Benefits are good Flexible Schedule

Cons

Point32 compromised my health records, my families health records and 2.5 million other member health records. I have yet to see one social media post about any focus on making my privacy an incentive for them. Point32 is actively involved on one side of divisive political issues. Ironically, they preach about equity

Pros

Flexible schedule, Remote, health benefits, discounts

Cons

No CEO. Laying off senior employees and replacing them with outside hires is both unethical and counterproductive. Senior employees have dedicated years of service, gaining valuable experience, institutional knowledge, and loyalty to the company. Dismissing them in favor of external hires not only undermines morale but also weakens the organization's stability. Additionally, such actions can lead to legal and reputational risks, as they may be perceived as discriminatory or unfair labor practices. Instead, companies should prioritize retaining and retraining senior employees, ensuring fairness and recognizing their contributions while fostering a culture of loyalty and respect.
