      Pros

      Lots of pros: Flexible schedule, Work-Life Balance, Free Parking or 50% off MBTA, Kitchen is stocked with snacks and drinks, Free onsite gym with free daily fitness classes, 401K match, FREE Medical coverage options for employees and their families.

      Not all of the food-trucks come to the site in the winter...

      Pros

      This company has been in business for 20 years and yet has the feel and energy of a startup. People are excited to come to work and explore new projects in the always changing post-acute healthcare field. There is excellent work/life balance and the benefits are very good for a company of this size. No role is too big or too small as everyone's opinion is taken into consideration across all divisions.

      Cons

      Medium to high turnover but it's an analytics/technology company so that tends to be expected.
