      Firmly established company in growing market, but at the mercy of Medicare and healthcare reforms that affects revenues.

      Very employee centered, great benefits (probably better than they should be for their financial stability), good products.

      Cons

      Legacy business unit exerts excessive influence on running of the business, to the detriment of firmly advancing into new markets. Future is outside of the legacy, but legacy continues to consume most resources.
