good career growth, I recommend this for entry level people to learn the technology, you will be given a opportunity to grow in the technical level.

Cons

tremendous pressure especially on citi projects, employee have to take care of all the difficulties which happens due to poor systems, old softwares and other restrictions. and balancing a personal and professional life will be a big challenge.

they pretend as market leader in Fin and Banking.

Cons

- many. - more Dependant on body shopping. - managers show no interest on consultants, and accounts. - no transparency in promotions. - very conservative and they talk volumes on their values, which are not existing at all.
