good environment to learm latest tech releases.

Cons

payscale are less as billing is below market standard. I was billed for dollar per day and for a month that was less than net salary itself

Pros

This is one of the best place to work at, just because of the friendly environment and flexibility to learn new things. I was lucky i guess, that my manager was such an amazing personality who believed in the importance of balance between work and personal life. QAnd thsi think made me to give all i had.

Cons

There is some kind of favour-ism in this company as in if a manager is close to some person family-wise or so, that person grows more and more. Its very tough to get reward if you don't do butter work with ur seniors which i always hate.

Flexible. Company is like ur own No one will question you Free from micro management But above all depends on your Project

Poor in all sense. 1. Infrastructure 2. Work culture. 3. Bad food 4. Company is equal to a government company 5. Also poor recruitment.
