Pros

Remote, work from home is a plus. No face to face with clients, no fussy dress code. Usually pretty good incentives.

Cons

Went from being that small company culture and caring about the client and employee, to big corporate culture and all about money and numbers and too focused on getting bigger to focus on clients and what brought us here. Also, they tell you that you'll get paid out for certain incentives and it takes forever. Holiday PTO is a joke, if you work anything other than a 8hr shift, you only receive 8hrs in holiday, so you better pray you have enough saved for the extra hours. They used to offer lots of different shifts, now they only offer one, and it is TERRIBLE, and you think it would bring in more sales but it's so over saturated with other advisors that you can barely make one. They bog you down with service work and busy work, but then yell at you about not being available more.
