I believe in the company's leadership and their desire to create a great company, do great work for clients and customers, and disrupt the industry. It's a company for people who are willing to work to achieve a shared goal. Having worked locally and in major cities outside of Vermont, this is the only place I found here in Vermont that has the caliber of employees I've worked with in top tier organizations in major metro areas. If you're looking for fast-paced, big goals, big accountability, and the kind of work (and compensation) you think you can only get in Boston or New York, this is the place for you. What's different here is the culture - I've never felt so in sync with an organization's values (be real, be curious, be bold, be caring, be trusting). You'll work hard, but you'll feel appreciated by your colleagues and leadership. The company is going big places. And it'll be there SOON.
