- Accessible management that is tied in enough to every day work that they understand what is going on in the different departments, but high level enough that they don't micromanage - Management is always forward-thinking about how to propel the company and ensure the business model is long-lasting - All employees I have worked with are very smart, dedicated, and open - Work is fast-paced, with new and exciting challenges presenting themselves everyday - Lots of learning potential for employees fueled by all team members being open to sharing their knowledge and listening to ideas from every angle - We don't just work hard, we have a lot of fun while we do it!
Cons
- Work-life balance could be better for some teams - Benefits aren't the most competitive in the area - The culture seems to differ greatly between different areas of the business, it would be nice to feel more united
