Pros

You won't get fired or laid off

Cons

Worst place to work in, no safety rules implemented. Managers and supervisors have zero background experience related to their positions. Hr manager speaks out to everyone about person company issues nothing is confidential. They all hang out to drink after work and are buddies. If you're not part of the click, they will slowly push you away till fired. All possible Osha regulations are broken here. Toilet water floods in restrooms on a regular basis.
