Pros
On-site discounted gas after 6 months on job, gym on site, decent pay in office positions.
Cons
parking is horrible, benefits are expensive and not worth it, management is lacking. Managers tend to leave their staff to do everything and then take all the credit for it without giving you even a nod or raise. Don't expect to get a real lunch either because you will be working non-stop to get all their projects completed on a moments notice.
