Pros

8-5 job Easy parking Free trash bags

Cons

The leadership and the lack of communication is horrible. When COVID began, there was no communication to let us know anyone had caught it, and no measures performed to sanitize areas. The company cared much more about dodging a law suit, than the people getting sick. This company does not care about anyone, and there is no culture. The overall morale is very low, and people are unhappy because there are no growth opportunities. Be prepared to never leave the position you start in or have any say so in any decisions. You would think that with a small/flat company they would be more open to new ideas and fresh perspectives, but they are not open to any change. Overall I didn’t feel valued as an employee, and the work was very unfulfilling.

Pros

4 day work week, 4 days off

Cons

RACIST, undocumented individuals are employed here. HR is mainly Hispanic and they do nothing but protect and cover up the behaviors. Disgusting!
