Management SUCKS, when i mean sucks they SUCK. Work from other departments is forced onto gate attendants despite us having a handful already. Other departments brag about not having to do any work and get paid to do nothing, but are forcing their workload on gate attendants because they dont want to do their own job. Be warned, you are treated as if you are real security and you will be put in dangerous situations as well because in the companies eyes you are a security officer despite not having a security license. Safety department puts us at risk too, they had our people outside handing out maps (for routes they dont even enforce btw) to cars FLYING inside and 2 of our ladies almost getting hit several times by these incredibly fast vehicles. It was reported to a higher up but they told the ladies to get back out there and keep handing out flyers even though it could have killed them. We asked the company to put speed bumps before the gate as a safety precaution for us to prevent the speeding, but they refused. Keep in mind gate attendants stand on a small sliver of curb to make sure people have their IDs/car stickers but the vehicles fly in so fast it could seriously injure that person standing outside if that car were to jump the curb. Safety here is a 0/10
