Pros

There has not been a layoff in the 8 years I have been there including the recession. When I was hourly I was able to work a lot of overtime. I was promoted due to work ethic and taking advantage of their college reimbursement benefit.

Cons

Insurance is expensive. Raises are rarely given. Factory floor is extremely hot in the summer. I would recommend being bi lingual working here

Pros

Good salary. There were a few really great co workers. A lot of talent in the trenches. Grounds look nice from the outside

Cons

Poor working condition even in the corporate offices. Cruel management. Many employees had great ideas but were not listened to by management
