Pros

solid schedule, plenty of opportunity for extra hours. 4on/off schedule leaves plenty of time off. it is consistent, onsite vending that is pulled from weekly check. not temp, full time from first day.

Cons

the environment is rough. no climate control, 12 hours shifts will drain you, advancement is iffy but doable. this is a labor job. you will work hard and there is no getting atround that, but as long as you are abel to deal with it, do what you are supposed to do, clock in/out., and just have a thick skin, this is a pretty decent job. would rather deal with this than any temp service.
