Pros

Plenty of overtime. Lots of downtime. The day to day job functions are not labor intensive.

Cons

The training is horrible and expectations become high after only a few weeks of work. The system is monopolized meaning only a select few have the ability to troubleshoot and repair bag machines. Most workers consider this loop-hole job security. Lots of favoritism. Dog eat dog work environment. (aka lots of haters)

The offer a lot of overtime, you can call to be late or absent.
