Pros

stable, never going to close

Cons

bad wages for the conditions of work, in the warehouse there is no ac or heater and you work in suffocating heat and in bone freezing cold under a slave tracking point system. all for 10dll/ hr no humane at all. in the office you won't succeed if you are not a brownoser, and salaries are pretty bad too well under the average, they are getting rid of salaried employees, and non english speaking employees too AVOID IT, AVOID ITAT ALL COSTS

Pros

Little risk of getting fired as long as you show up. Low expectations for the pay. Lots of overtime if you like never being home.

Cons

Point system, HOT in the summer, COLD in the winter, pretty much the same temperature inside as it is outside. Pay raises are a joke. If your lucky you get a $0.25 raise a year. Very rarely a $0.50. Most of those are washed out by the increases in health insurance. Most promotions are based on who's been there the longest. Management seems to try to put obstacles in your way and then tell you to figure it out. Managers also will tell you to do something, then when their boss grills them about it, they put it all on you. Vacation structure is atrocious. If you're in 12 hour days, 4 days per shift, they only pay you for 10 hours on a vacation day for a total of 40 hours, not the 48 if you had been there. Big pay cut to take a week off.
