      Good Pay but Everything Else is Bad

      Pros

      Pay is good with some decent benefits. Plus weekends off with only occasional overtime during the summer

      Cons

      Upper management doesn't care. I went through four supervisors there and only one actually worked with production employees on stuff.They say they won't do layoffs. But then hit you with them the moment things get slower. They preach quality but then push for insane numbers on a daily basis. And will write you up if you're not hitting them

      Nothing is equal, it really depends on your manager. Some are paid ok, others are not. There are no salary ranges. Ask for a high salary and extra vacation.
