-Weekends off (MOST OF THE TIME) -Starts at $15/hour- Above minimum wage -Benefits (if the system doesn't screw you over)

Cons

-No opportunity for advancement -Benefits are worst than not even having any (extremely high deductible on insurance) -Extremely demanding for an entry level job, and hardly any guidance -Poor management

Pros

Most employees are good people. The work place is clean and safe. The organization has great customers. However most employers meet this low standard. Pomeroy is a poor excuse for a company. They have mastered how to avoid automation and imagination.

Cons

Leadership is not trustworthy. They don't follow through They talk of ethics and accountability yet don't do as they preach. It's hard to believe they can live with their lies. They are cheating the world of quality service.

Several years ago there were several pros. The company seemed to turn a corner caring about the employees and what they thought and needed. Pomeroy wanted to be the workplace of choice.

Cons

Frequent layoffs, so lack of job security. Low employee morale because everyone is job scared. Moving many departments to Manila; dispatch, purchasing, sales support, service desk. Losing large accounts and not winning new business. Retains ineffective leadership.
