      Flexibility, Vacation days, cooworkers, remote work.

      Cons

      Lack of communication on items effecting employees (ie. Salary, benefits, incentives, etc.) No yearly compensation cycle. No DCP or savings plans. Mediocre benefits plans. Words and actions do not match.

      My immediate manager is great, and I like the work overall.

      Cons

      No raises, cost of living adjustments or 401k match. Low mileage reimbursement. No guarantees of a 40 hour work week even though you are classified as "full time"

      Work from home was nice

      Cons

      Extreme micro managing, low pay and terrible benefits . Then the company decided if the work could be done from home it could be outsourced to India for less money. Terrible
