      Opportunity to experience all types of IT and POS (point of sale) equipment and perform many duties across the break/fix spectrum.

      Cons

      Company has a tough time hiring more people to assist in the work load that's offered and your value can be taken advantage of. The company may not be in good standing financially and pay raises are difficult to come by.

      Even though they tell you your a full time employee they don't guarantee you will have 40 hours a week.
