Pros

Benefits are decent Work/Life balance is easy to manage WFH is available as well as is in office if preferred (Depending on location) (Specific for my desk) Management is easy to work with and has a good understanding about how to run the desk properly

Cons

*Depending on the desk you work for you may never be off calls *Pay raises are non existent unless you move to a higher position *PTO is issued at the beginning of the year and will be all you have all year and it does not roll over to the next year if any is left over *Does not 401k match

Pros

Learning self motivation. During the pandemic the company took 5-10 percent and it took a lot of self will to continue while others for hero pay.

Cons

After several years of performance at high levels , working on call, stepping up when needed i still don't see any signs of a pay increase .

The company’s decision to reduce compensation was difficult but it was based upon our primary objective to preserve jobs.
