      Flexible and results oriented, perform well and you are rewarded... the culture continues to evolve as one that is driven not just by the company's financial success, but also by creating and developing opportunities for growth in the organization.

      Cons

      Management needs to continue to connect with the every day employees, ensuring that their messages don't fall on deaf ears.... no stock opportunity since privately held..

      umm, none. Maybe a good starting place. Even with that being said, there are probably better places to start then here.

      Cons

      Have to be part of the click to get anywhere. That is, if they have any advancement what so ever! The pay is the Lowest in the industry. There is very little training - if any on new technology. Pomeroy is very happy to the the desk just to be " ticket takers" instead of trying to resolve the real issue. There is a definite good old boy network going on.
