If you are connected to the good ol' boy network you will be fine. If you know the right people you will be taken care of, given good territory/accounts.

I can't think of any

No regard for home/work life balance. Cannot retain employees. Always in putting out fires mode due to poor management. Managers always in meetings with customer, inaccessible. many 70 to 90 hour work weeks due to overbudget, understaffing and management tells you to and I quote "suck it up" Management does not care about anything except the company's bottom line. Does not know how to quote certain types of work and overcommits to the customer by not enforcing the signed contract. Allows the customer to "run over" employees. Do not go to work for this company unless you love misery.
