There is lots of training material. The people are friendly.

Cons

There is so much training material, so badly organized, that it is almost impossible to find what you need when you need it. Their health insurance is a joke. Management adopts a laissez faire attitude and allows the worksite bully to run the show. There is no advancement. The pay is very low for the expectations that come with it. There are lots of expectations for the employees but the company places very little value on its employees. We are all replaceable at a moments notice.

Some of the people that work there can make the time worth it, however MOST of the people 10+ years in are only looking out for themselves.

Cons

Pushing jobs overseas, people blocking job advancement. Considered a “stepping stone” job. There is not very good job security here either.

Do not appreciate technicians, no support from managers, salary does not match cost of living, no raises. Poor inventory causing SLA's not to be met.
