      Pros

      Most people working in this company will talk to you nicely and respectfully. We call every employee by there name and not sir or ma'am. The compay environment is not toxic like Indian workplace

      Cons

      There is no job guarantee. They can take you out of the company even if it isn't your fault. In their Indian offer letter they have mentioned this very clearly. So, probation period doesn't matter. You can give five years to this company and you may have got growth opportunity but they can ask you to leave if they want to do cost cutting. So, making a career in this company is of no use.
