Great coworkers and immediate supervisors. My team is the only reason I'm still here!

Cons

Pay, benefits, upper management, After 10 years with the company, my title has changed several times, I've been laid off (when job was outsourced offshore), had pay cut through covid, and still I remained loyal. The median pay for the job I do is $26 an hour. I only make $15.75. After a decade of flexibility and hardworking! I asked for a cost of living adjustment to support my family and was immediately denied. Pomeroy also went from a decent health insurance plan to a terrible one that hardly covers anything just this year. Just stay away. Work for an employer that values you and pays accordingly.

Cons

Low pay, no raises in years, no growth paths, micro-managed, very poor communication from management They're so cheap they don't even guarantee 40 hours a week to their "full-time" employees.
