      It's a job. nothing more to say.

      Cons

      answered an ad for a position, job description was rather vague. sat around at the job for months with nothing to do. When the job finally was defined it was nothing like the original ad. pay is very poor. when we found out the position was going to be more stressful and intense then we thought. managers were approached on increasing pay. their response was "if you don't like it we will replace you". Promises made in interviews were broken and attempts to rectify the situation almost resulted in several firings.

      Pros

      40 hours a week are guaranteed and they are usually willing to work with your school schedule.

      Cons

      Management picks and chooses who can and who cant advance in the company because there are to many rules to follow that even management cant follow all of them when promoting employees. Management has to break some rule(s) to promote an employee, and they decide when to break each rule.

      Honestly, nothing is coming to mind.... Those stuck in the trenches, had great camaraderie with others that were in their trench. However, if you stuck your head above the level ground, it was likely to get blown off.

      Cons

      Executive Management was abismal, middle management had no plan for operation, improvement or where they wanted to go with a business model. There is no formal training... there was no recognition for doing a good job. Compliments to staff were few and far between, and backhanded. (You're doing a great job, but our SLA's still suck... work harder!)
