Cons

If you get a bad manager or get put on a desk with high turnover don't even bother to stay... run... this place is designed to use people and spit them out.

It's a good company if you're trying to get your foot in the door of IT.

Cons

Dead end job. Good luck getting increases. I haven't had an increase in 5 years. I've been told by my last 3 managers that "once this contract is renewed you'll get an increase", yet the contract has been renewed and... oh, there's no money for increases
