Flexible work schedule and generous PTO I am able to work remotely most of the time (this varies in the company depending on job responsibility) The people I work with on a day to day basis are great people. We are a family atmosphere.

No 401K match. At executive levels, recently disproportionately focused on bottom line more than people.
